When someone tries to appease her, qb Awps aUpir rKY gumwnu ] (892-1)tab aapas oopar rakhai gumaan. then she takes pride in herself. jb aus kau koeI min prhrY ] (892-1)jab us ka-o ko-ee man parharai. But when someone puts her out of his thoughts, qb Eh syvik syvw krY ]2] (892-2)tab oh sayvak sayvaa karai. ||2|| then she serves him like a slave. ||2|| muiK byrwvY AMiq TgwvY ] (892-2)mukh bayraavai ant thagaavai. She seems to please, but in the end, she deceives. iekqu Taur Eh khI n smwvY ] (892-2)ikat tha-ur oh kahee na samaavai. She does not remain in any one place. auin mohy bhuqy bRhmMf ] (892-3)un mohay bahutay barahmand. He is with His devotees, through and through. ibgis ibgis Apunw pRBu gwvih ] (892-9)bigas bigas apunaa parabh gaavahi. In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, my aversion is gone. mnu qnu rwqo hir kY rMig ]2] (892-13)man tan raato har kai rang. ||2|| My mind and body are imbued with love for the Lord. ||2|| rwKy rwKnhwr dieAwl ] (892-14)raakhay raakhanhaar da-i-aal. I have no service or work to my credit. kir ikrpw pRiB kInI dieAw ] (892-14)kar kirpaa parabh keenee da-i-aa. He tries to get what he must give up. so sMcY jo hoCI bwq ] (892-17)so sanchai jo hochhee baat. He collects those things which are worthless. mwieAw moihAw tyFau jwq ]1] (892-17)maa-i-aa mohi-aa taydha-o jaat. ||1|| Enticed by Maya, he takes the crooked path. ||1|| ABwgy qY lwj nwhI ] (892-18)abhaagay tai laaj naahee. You unfortunate man - have you no shame? suK swgr pUrn prmysru hir n cyiqE mn mwhI ]1] rhwau ] (892-18)sukh saagar pooran parmaysar har na chayti-o man maahee. ||1|| rahaa-o. Such is your condition, you faithless cynic, which I have seen with my own eyes. kUiV kpit AhMkwir rIJwnw ] (892-19)koorh kapat ahaNkaar reejhaanaa. You are fond of falsehood, fraud and egotism. |
